Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety standards, all grocery items, prepared meals, and pastries are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive damaged goods or the wrong items, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery with a photo and receipt for review.

Return Period: Unworn, unused items with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Exclusions: Items marked as clearance, final sale, or customized cannot be returned.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

No-Shows: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or no-shows.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Cancellations: Event cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a partial refund of any balance paid (excluding the deposit).

Force Majeure: If events are canceled due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disaster, emergency), we will work with you to reschedule or issue a partial refund.
