Welcome to our online store! Below is our shipping policy outlining how we deliver different products and services to you based on your order type and location.


🚚 1. Delivery Zones

We offer the following delivery and shipping options:

  • Local Delivery: For grocery items, ready-to-eat meals, and pastries (within the GTA and Southwest Ontario)

  • Nationwide Shipping: For clothing, sneakers, and accessories

  • Service-Based Delivery: For photobooth rentals and event materials within Brantford and surrounding cities


🛒 2. Grocery, Pastries & Ready-to-Eat Meals (Local Delivery Only)

  • Availability: Available only to customers within the GTA and Southwest Ontario

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 8:00p.m for same-day delivery

  • Delivery Schedule:  Monday – Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM 

  • Fees: Delivery fee is added upon checkout based on location

  • Contactless Delivery: Available upon request; let us know in the delivery notes at checkout


👕 3. Apparel & Sneakers (Nationwide Shipping)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days

  • Shipping Methods: Standard (3–7 business days) or Express (1–2 business days)

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping for orders over $[amount]

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped


📸 4. Photobooth Rentals & Event Services (Local Only)

  • Service Area: Only available within Brantford and Surrounding Areas

  • Setup & Delivery: Included in your booking. Our team delivers and sets up 1–2 hours before your event

  • Pickup: Occurs immediately after your event or per agreement

  • Delivery Coordination: We will confirm event timing and location via email or phone prior to the event


📦 5. General Shipping Information

  • Order Tracking: Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

  • Delays: Delivery may be affected by weather, high order volume, or carrier issues. We will notify you of any significant delays

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure all shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses


6. Items We Do Not Ship

  • Perishable items (groceries, ready-to-eat meals, and pastries) cannot be shipped outside the local delivery area

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time
